I wanted to do a cryptid collection and this was the first one I have completed

Unlike The Lady painting I decided to start with the background this time

I kept the background kind of loose at the bottom because I wasn sure what the tree situation was going to be.

once the horns were done I began to outline and fill the main body of the creature

At this point I briefly thought about doing a second one of this painting but inverted, also I thought this looked very scary.

This is everything done before final touches.
